On Page
On page optimization refers to all measures that can be taken directly within the website in order to improve its position in the search rankings.
Basic modifications in on page optimization is :
Title optimization: The title that we give is identified by Google.
Meta description: brief description given in snippet in Google search.
H1, h2, h4 optimization
Image optimization
Keyword optimization
Anchor text optimization
1.Title optimization
The title that we give is identified by Google. SEO title optimization is an important factor that search engines use to determine whether or not your page is relevant to a search query.
2.Meta description
Brief description given in snippet in Google search. A basic snippet includes URL, Meta description and title. A correct, impressive, grammatical Meta description must be provided or else it will be ignored by Google. Meta description shall only have 155-160 characters in a website, if it’s a post it should be 155. Meta description must be unique and can be included in that page. If the Meta description is neglected, then content in that page is considered as Meta description. Pixel width is 1024. The description in open directory projects is considered as Meta tag if Meta tag are not present or neglected. The volunteers of the directory approve the description given by us and that is why Google trusts these directories. NOODP comment is given for not considering the description given by the directory.
3. Meta tag
This is used in head sections. And provides necessary information to the robot when scanning is done.
a) Canonical Meta tag: removes content duplication. For using canonical Meta tag :< link rel=”canonic” href=”original URL”/>. His is used in head section.
b) OG tag: open graph optimization helps us to customize what is supposed to be seen or displayed in our page.
4. Content optimization
We should use fresh, relevant, quality and unique contents in our page and also keep our page content simple and user friendly. Avoid complex and lengthy sentences. Use less than 20 words in a sentence. Use a focusing keyword in the first sentence. And also focusing keywords in body portion content at least 2 times. Arrange keywords in the visible area of the body portion. Arrange body portion content in an easily readable manner. Use legible contents, fonts, color and its size.it should be easily readable from mobiles and other handy devices. Use few words in bold while arranging a big paragraph in web pages. Preferable in mid area lines.
5.Keyword Optimization
Keyword optimization is the act of researching, analyzing and selecting the best keywords to target to drive qualified traffic from search engines to your website. But optimizing keywords isn't something you do only at the outset of a search marketing campaign.
H1 Tag, H2 Tag, H3 Tag are some tags.
6. Anchor text optimization
The content that we published has hyperlinks given for some words. Hyperlinks or anchor tags added keywords are known as Anchor text. The blue, underlined anchor text is the most common as it is the web standard, although it is possible to change the color and underlining through html code.
7.Image Optimization
Image optimization is about reducing the file size of your images as much as possible without sacrificing quality so that your page load times remain low. It's also about image SEO. That is, getting your product images and decorative images to rank on Google and other image search engines.
8. Robot Meta Tag
Robots meta directives are pieces of code that provide crawlers instructions for how to crawl or index web page content.
